My deposit hasn’t arrived

Deposits usually arrive within a couple of minutes. If yours is taking longer, a few things are worth checking:

• The network is still confirming — busy periods can add a short delay.
• The transfer used a network and token the deposit screen gave you an address for.
• The funds were sent to your correct Runtiler wallet address.
• Your wallet or exchange has finished sending — some hold transfers briefly for review.
• If you funded from a chain other than Polygon, the conversion step takes longer than a direct transfer.

If everything looks right and the deposit still hasn't appeared after a while, email support@runtiler.com with the details and we'll help track it down.
