How do I pass a challenge?
Every challenge sets its own target, loss limits and trading days. They are on its Rules tab, explained in plain words, before you buy, and they never change after.
How much of the profit do I keep?
Every challenge sets its own split. It is on its Rules tab.
How fast do I get paid?
A claim is checked in seconds and, if nothing is flagged, paid at once in USDC to your wallet. A flagged claim waits for a person to review it. How often you can claim is on the challenge's Rules tab.
How do I know you will pay?
Rewards are paid from a reserve held on-chain that anyone can check. Today it holds 1.07 times what is owed to traders.
What can I trade?
Crypto, metals, oil, indices, stocks and FX: BTC, ETH and SOL, gold and silver, WTI and Brent, the S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100, NVIDIA, Tesla and Apple, EUR/USD and GBP/USD, and more. The Help Center lists every market's leverage and hours.
Can I hold trades over the weekend, or trade the news?
Yes, on every challenge. A position open at 00:00 UTC pays a small overnight fee.
What happens if I break a rule?
The account ends, or, if the challenge says so, its daily limit pauses it until 00:00 UTC. Its Rules tab says which. You can buy it again at any time.
Can I get my fee back?
Yes, the price you paid, any time before your first trade on that account. Some challenges also give it back with your first reward: its Rules tab says.
Can I have more than one account?
Yes, as many as you like. Copying or hedging trades between them isn't allowed: a claim with it is held for a person to review and, if confirmed, isn't paid.
How do I pay?
With USDC on Polygon, or with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay from $20. We charge no fees on top.
Do I need to show ID?
Not to sign up or to buy. MoonPay may ask for ID if you pay by card, and we may ask before paying a reward, as the Terms say.
Can I join from my country?
Yes, from everywhere except Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia and Belarus.
What platform do I trade on?
Runtiler's own terminal, in your browser on desktop and phone. Nothing to download, no MT4 or MT5.
