Notifications
Updated
What Runtiler notifies you about, the five groups you can turn on or off in Settings, and the sound switch for this device.
On this page
Runtiler tells you when something happens on your accounts, your wallet or your challenges. Notifications are inside Runtiler only: a card pops up while Runtiler is open, and every notification waits in your Notifications list. Runtiler doesn't send them by email or as phone alerts.
What you're notified about
In Settings, under Notifications, there is one switch for each group. All of them start on.
| Group | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Trading | Orders filled or removed, positions closed (by your take profit, your stop loss or a stop-out) |
| Account | Steps passed, funded, paused, ended |
| Rewards | Claim under review, paid or not paid |
| Wallet | Purchases, refunds, deposits, withdrawals |
| Creators and social | Sales, earnings, new followers |
A withdrawal you send yourself isn't a notification, because the screen you sent it from already tells you. You do get one when it completes, fails or can't be confirmed.
Turning a group off
When a group is off, its notifications aren't made at all: no card, no sound and nothing in your list. Turning it back on doesn't bring back the ones you missed, so a good habit is to keep Account and Rewards on.
Everything still happens as usual. You can always see your accounts on your profile, and your money in the Wallet tab.
Sound
The Sound switch plays a sound with each new notification, while Runtiler is open. It is saved on this device only, so you can have sound on your computer and off on your phone.
