Where to find the receipt for a challenge you bought, what it shows, and how to save it as a PDF.

Every challenge you buy has a receipt. It confirms what you bought, what you paid, and the Terms you agreed to.
Where to find it
- Right after you pay: tap Receipt on the Payment complete page.
- Any time later: on your profile, open the Challenges tab, open the account, go to its Rules tab and tap Receipt.
Only you can open your receipts. A receipt is there once the purchase is complete.
What it shows
- The receipt number, and the date and time in UTC
- The challenge and the account number
- The price
- The code you used and what it took off, if you used one
- What you paid, "in USDC from your Runtiler wallet", or "Nothing, with a free code"
- The version of the Terms of Use you agreed to, and the line you ticked at checkout
- For a paid account, how to get the price back before your first trade (see Refunds)
- Runtiler's company name, number and registered office
A card payment also shows as paid "from your Runtiler wallet". That is how a card payment works: your card buys USDC that lands in your wallet, and the wallet pays (see Pay by card).
Save it as a PDF
Tap Download PDF. It opens your browser's print window. Choose to save as PDF there, or print it.
Language
Receipts are in English only, whatever language you use Runtiler in. The English version is the one that governs.
