Withdrawals

Send money from your Runtiler wallet: the $10 minimum, free USDC on Polygon, other coins and networks, address checks and what each status means.

To withdraw, open the Wallet tab on your profile and tap Withdraw. You can send from $10 up to your whole balance (Use all fills it in).
USDC on Polygon: free and instant
Sending USDC on Polygon is the default. It is "Free and instant": Runtiler pays the network fee, and nothing is taken off what you send.
Other coins and networks
You can also receive another coin, or on another network. Li.Fi, a third-party service, swaps or bridges it for you, using the cheapest route it finds. Runtiler adds no fee.

The screen shows the fee and the time before you send, for example "$0.42 fee, about 30 s". That fee is the swap or bridge and the network, not Runtiler. You see exactly what you'll receive.
If the rate moves before you send, you're asked again. When what you'd receive drops by more than 0.5%, or the price is more than a minute old, you see "The rate moved" or "The price expired" with the new amount. Hold again to send at the new amount.
Address checks
Paste the address you're sending to. To keep your money safe, Runtiler won't send to:
- an address with a typo, or one that isn't valid
- the zero address, where anything sent is lost
- your own Runtiler wallet, or a Runtiler wallet
- a token contract or a router, which isn't a wallet
The first time you send to an address, you see "First time sending here. Check the address before you send." It is a reminder, not a block.
Only send to an address that accepts the coin on that network. Funds sent anywhere else can't be recovered.
Sending
On the review, press and hold Hold to withdraw. Once sent, a withdrawal can't be undone. You can close the window: it keeps going.
Statuses
| You see | What it means |

| Confirming… | It is on its way, waiting for the network to confirm it. |
| Completed | It has arrived. |
| Didn't go through | It failed. Nothing left your Runtiler wallet. Try again in a moment. |
| Couldn't confirm | It wasn't confirmed in time. Check your balance: if the money left, it was sent. If something looks wrong, contact support. |
You also get a notification when a withdrawal is complete, fails or can't be confirmed.
When you can't withdraw
- Runtiler doesn't send to an address on a sanctions list: "This address is on a sanctions list. We can't send to it."
- Withdrawals aren't available from some countries.
- If the safety checks can't run at that moment, nothing is sent. Try again shortly.
