Rewards
When and how you are paid

How a reward reaches your wallet in USDC on Polygon, what each claim status means, and why a payment can wait.
On this page
A claim with nothing flagged is sent at once, usually within seconds of your claim. The reward goes to your Runtiler wallet in USDC on Polygon, and Runtiler pays the network fee.
How a reward is paid
Rewards are paid from Runtiler's vault on Polygon straight to your Runtiler wallet. Amounts are in US dollars, paid 1:1 in USDC. You don't need to do anything else: no address to type and no network fee. Each payment has its own number, and the vault pays each number only once, so a payment can never be sent twice.
When it lands, you get a "Reward paid" notification, the reward shows in your wallet, and its certificate is on your profile.
Claim statuses
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Checking your claim | The claim is being checked, or the payment is on its way. |
| Under review | A person is looking at it before it is sent. The amount is kept for you. |
| "… is in your wallet" | The reward is paid. |
| Not paid in your Wallet, Not claimed on the claim screen | The claim was rejected. You are told why. |
You can have one claim at a time, so a claim that is checking or under review has to finish before you claim again on that account. See claim checks for what is checked and what a review means.
When a payment waits
- Under review: there is no set time for a review. We let you know when it's done, and a released claim is paid in full.
- The vault is short or paused: if the vault doesn't hold enough at that moment, or is paused for safety, the payment waits and is tried again until it goes. It is never lost. See how rewards are backed.
- A send fails: we send it again, and the claim can show Under review meanwhile.
After you are paid
The USDC is yours, in your own wallet. You can use it to buy another challenge, or withdraw it. Withdrawing USDC on Polygon is free and instant, from $10. See withdrawals.
