Fee refund
Updated
How "Fee back" returns the price you paid for a challenge with your first reward, how much it is, and when it isn't paid.
On this page
Some challenges have Fee back: the price you paid comes back with your first reward. The challenge's Rules tab says whether it has it.
How much comes back
You get back what you actually paid, after any discount code, not the list price.
- You bought a $150 challenge with a 20% code and paid $120: $120 comes back.
- You got the account with a free code and paid $0: there is nothing to refund.
When it is paid
It comes with your first reward only, on the same claim, and goes to your Runtiler wallet in USDC. It goes through the same checks as the reward and is paid with it. You get a "Fee refunded" notification. Later claims are rewards only.
To get it, your first claim has to be one you can make: see claiming a reward.
If that claim is rejected, the fee back isn't paid either. See claim checks.
Why it costs more
A challenge with fee back costs more than the same rules without it, because the price covers paying it back. The creator decides whether a challenge has it. See how prices are set.
Not the same as a refund
Fee back comes with a reward, after you trade and profit. A refund is different: you can get the price back before your first trade on the account, and the refund ends the account.
