Challenge rules
Instant funding
Updated
Instant challenges have no steps, so the account is funded from day one. What still applies, and how and when you can claim.
On this page
An instant challenge has no steps and no profit target. Your account is funded from the moment you buy it, and you can claim rewards from your profits.
What doesn't apply
- No profit target and no steps to pass.
- No minimum trading days.
- No time limit. The account never expires for being inactive.
- No consistency rule to pass.
What still applies
- Max loss: equity reaching the floor ends the account. See Max loss.
- The daily loss limit, if the challenge has one. See Daily loss limit.
- Consistency to claim, if the challenge has it. See Consistency.
- The reward rules: the reward split, the claim window, the minimum claim, and fee back if the challenge has it.
- Trading works as on any account: the same markets, fees and leverage, on Standard or Raw.
Claiming
You can claim when nothing is open, your balance is above the starting size, the claim window is open and your reward reaches the minimum claim. On an instant challenge the claim window counts from the moment you bought it, then from each claim.
Example: a $5,000 instant challenge with an 80% split, claims every 2 weeks and a $50 minimum claim.
- You grow the balance to $5,400.
- Two weeks after buying, with nothing open, you claim 80% of $400: a $320 reward.
- The account goes back to $5,000, the floor starts over from there, and you keep trading.
See Claiming a reward.
